What they had to say:
In an economically challenging environment we raised $31 million with our 2011 signature event, the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure. We spent $25 million on cause-related goals in our fiscal 2011, with most of those funds going towards research grants, health promotion, education and advocacy. The Foundation was also named "most influential? non-profit in social media by Hill & Knowlton, while CIBC, our key sponsor, was recognized by the Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada for its partnership with CBCF. |
